We will call you the evening before you pickup day between the hours of 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM to confirm your reservation. This is not for pickup from the airport.
Cancellation policy
In order to cancel reservations please call (415) 205-7594 at least 24 hours prior to you pickup time. Otherwise the full fare will be charged.
Payment
You may pay the driver at the time you get picked up by the following types of payment: cash, travelers check
Gratuity is not included in the quoted fares, but is optional and appreciated by our drivers. (Gratuity: 15% - 20%)
Luggage Policy
Our luggage requirements are 2 standard-size suitcases (less than 62 inches - height + width + length -
and weighing less than 51 lbs) per person. An extra charge will apply for oversized or excessive luggage. Please call for a quote.
Child Car Seats
Child Car Seats are provided only prearranged. Please let us know the age and pounds of the child.
Pets and Guide Dogs
If you have a pet traveling with you then it is necessary to reserve an exclusive van or sedan for transportation to or from the airport. Please call 1(415)205-7594 for a quote or to make reservations.
